Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces (approximately 8 pieces)

- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1. To make the jerk marinade, blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken to coat it evenly in the marinade.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
